My experience with FreshStart Academy has been absolutely amazing. Heather was very prompt and professional with the intake process and helped answer all of my questions about how supervised visitation works. She was a kind voice of reason in the midst of a high-conflict situation that we found ourselves in when it came to supervised parenting time with our three children. My children's first visit supervised by FreshStart was wonderful! The supervisor was professional, kind and welcoming and was very age-appropriate with the kids. A great time was had and all parties walked away with a very positive experience in the midst of challenging circumstances. FreshStart Academy is absolutely amazing. We have been utilizing them now for more than 2.5 years. My son and I have had a very positive experience and he is able to see his mom when she wants, in accordance with the court papers. My son does have his favorite monitors and Heather, the amazing director, does her best to accommodate him but she does set proper expectations. Heather does extremely well at communicating with all parties if there is an issue that comes up from time to time, this is still real life after all. Even though I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning the director was really good at putting my mind at ease with these concerns by clarifying the guidelines and expectations of all parties involved. I think one of the things you can take away from this, is that even if this is a stressful situation your child can and will have an absolutely positive experience with the monitors. I have observed from distance the interactions that are going on and it is as though the monitor is not there but your child is safely being monitored. Do yourself and your child(ren) a favor and let the monitor do what they are there to do and don't interfere. It helps you relax and the child enjoys their time with the other parent. They are in very good hands with FreshStart Academy.

They are always on time and Heather is very flexible with days/times if something comes up for us. They provide reports on visits if requested which has been great for us to provide to the judge.
